O.I.N.K Regional Productions, Inc. is not only committed to delivering some of the finest theatre in the region, but strives to give back to the area that has been so generously supportive to us over this past five years.  We have been very fortunate last year to implement the first phase of our Internship Program as part of our Education Outreach Division.

This program allows students an opportunity to work side-by-side with professionals currently working in the field.  A mentor is assigned to aid the student not only in the production process of our shows, but to keep in contact during the next year to encourage, guide, and support the performing achievements of the Intern.

Every professional performer remembers their "first audition", when all they could beg for was to be given a chance.  The Internship Program has given these students the opportunity for on the job training that they would not have acquired any place else.  It has also given our staff and professional actors a minute to remember exactly how important that chance was for us.
